All of my products are made one piece at a time by hand. As a result, minor variations in size, shape, and color, which are common in hand-crafted products, should be expected. Every effort is made to ensure that all pieces sold in a set are as closely matched as possible. However, it is not possible to guarantee a perfect match for items you may already own. Due to these circumstances, we only accept refunds and returns in the case of damaged good.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
When importing goods into your country, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are imposed by your country's customs authorities and are based on the declared value of the goods. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to pay these duties and taxes. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs regulations to understand the potential charges that may apply to your order.
Handling and Clearance Fees:
In addition to customs duties and taxes, some countries may charge handling or clearance fees for processing and inspecting international shipments. These fees are typically assessed by the customs authorities or shipping carriers and are also the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult with your local customs authorities to determine if such fees apply in your country.
Transparency and Communication:
we are committed to providing transparent information about shipping fees and associated costs. We strive to communicate any potential customs duties, taxes, and handling fees as clearly as possible. Please review our terms and conditions, where we outline the buyer's responsibility for international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.
Important Considerations:
- Shipping fees can vary based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination country.
- Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and may be imposed by the buyer's country's customs authorities.
- Handling and clearance fees, if applicable, are also the responsibility of the buyer.
- It's advisable to consult with your local customs authorities or seek guidance from a customs broker or tax advisor to understand the regulations and potential costs specific to your location.
