We take pride in creating high-quality ceramics, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of handmade products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than breakage during shipping.

If you receive a product that is broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging in order to process your claim. Once we have verified the damage, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Please note that all of our products are carefully inspected before shipping, and we take great care in packaging them to ensure safe delivery. If you receive a damaged or broken product, it is likely due to mishandling during shipping by the carrier. In this case, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

++ No Reproduction without Physical Samples

Our policy states that we do not reproduce missing or damaged parts for set items without physical samples. (such as lids, saucers...) This is because we want to ensure an exact match in terms of design, color, and functionality. Therefore, it is crucial for customers to retain the received set item and the missing parts until the issue is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saeam Kwon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or the products available on it, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
