The content on my Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is my property and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content without my prior written consent.
Products
My Website may display products available for sale, including but not limited to ceramics. I do my best to accurately describe and display the products on my Website. However, please note that the colors, shapes, and sizes of the products may vary slightly from what is shown on the Website due to the nature of handmade products.
No Reproduction without Physical Samples
I do not reproduce missing or damaged parts for set items without physical samples (such as lids, saucers, etc.). This is because I want to ensure an exact match in terms of design, color, and functionality. Therefore, it is crucial for customers to retain the received set item and the missing parts until the issue is resolved.
Product Safety
All of my ceramic pieces are handmade using materials and glazes that are considered food safe. Based on the materials and processes I use, I can confidently say that they are safe for food contact.
However, I have not undergone an official food safety testing procedure in Germany or the EU. Please note that my ceramics have passed official testing by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
I do not assume any further liability beyond this statement.
Custom Order Terms and Conditions
The buyer must specify the exact purpose, volume, and quantity of the product before placing an order. All products must be paid for in full at the time of ordering, prior to production. Production will commence only after payment confirmation. As all items are handmade, variations from the expected design may occur. The buyer acknowledges and accepts that refunds or modifications are not possible due to such differences. In particular, for custom-designed orders, placing an order is considered an agreement to these terms.
Prices and Payment
The prices of the products on my Website are listed in the currency specified on the Website. I reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice. Payment for the products must be made at the time of purchase using the payment method specified on the Website. I accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Shipping and Delivery
I ship my products worldwide using reliable shipping carriers. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the products purchased. I aim to ship the products within 2–3 business days after receiving the payment. However, please note that delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond my control, such as customs inspections, natural disasters, or postal strikes.
Returns and Refunds
I take pride in creating high-quality ceramics, and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of handmade products, I do not accept returns for any reason other than breakage during shipping.
If you receive a product that is broken or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. I will require photos of the damaged item and packaging in order to process your claim. Once I have verified the damage, I will provide you with a replacement or a refund at my discretion.
Please note that all of my products are carefully inspected before shipping, and I take great care in packaging them to ensure safe delivery. If you receive a damaged or broken product, it is likely due to mishandling during shipping by the carrier. In this case, I will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of my Website or the products available on it, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which my business is registered.
