About the Space

Located in the heart of Berlin at Mulackstr. 27, the studio is set within a historic red-brick building dating back to the 1800s, once used as a horse stable. Its original character and architectural details remain, offering a distinctive backdrop where Berlin’s history meets a contemporary artist’s practice.

The studio can be used privately for workshops, tea tastings, creative sessions and intimate gatherings of up to 12 guests. A small private outdoor area is also available, perfect for taking a break, enjoying a drink or extending your event outside.

Space rental for creative workshops & gatherings

A flexible option for hosts who want to organise their own workshop or gathering. The studio can accommodate up to 12 guests for seated, table-based activities. The standard rental includes:​

• Tables and chairs

• Flexible space arrangement

• Access to water and a private bathroom 

• Basic studio facilities

• Setup and cleanup time included

Available from 3 hours at €50/hour. Half-day & full-day rental available 

Rental rates depend on the type of event, number of guests and duration. For larger events, special setups or requests outside regular hours, please get in touch for a custom quote.

Rent handmade ceramics for your tea ceremony

If you’re hosting a tea ceremony, tea tasting or tea-related event, you can also rent a selection of ceramics by Saeam Kwon for your session.

Cups, teapots and serving pieces can be provided for a small additional fee, allowing your guests to experience the ceramics as part of the tea experience.
